INTERNAL REGULATIONS FOR GUESTS
Happy to host you, we invite you to read our internal regulations, whose small rules to be observed are not only those required by law, but above all those dictated by common sense and mutual respect. With a bit of regret in the structure is not provided for the stay in the home or the temporary presence of animals. 1) The reservation request can be made by phone or e-mail. However, we remind you that it is binding and therefore valid only if supported by a confirmatory deposit that can be made by credit card or PayPal system. Payment by bank transfer is allowed but makes the confirmation valid 24 hours after its receipt. 2) The request for cancellation of the reservation will be governed by the following conditions: for notices of cancellation received before 14 days from the date of arrival, full refund of the sum; for notices of cancellation received from 13 days before the date of arrival onwards, nothing is recognized. The cancellation request must be sent within the terms described above by e-mail to the e-mail address: email@example.com, preferably accompanied by notice telephone. In case of early departure with respect to the established date, there are no refunds. 3) Children up to three years of age do not affect the calculation of the room from four years up to 12 years they involve a supplement on the cost of the room of € 30, over 12 years are considered adults and need the room for three with the respective costs. 4) Upon arrival, guests must hand over valid identity documents (Passport or Identity Card), necessary for the registrations required by current legislation. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the provisions of the criminal code and authorizes us to request the immediate abandonment of the facility. The data of our guests are treated in accordance with the current privacy legislation. 5) After the delivery of the keys, the room and common areas such as hall, terrace and Wellness Area will be shown. 6) The delivery of the rooms is normally scheduled from 15:00 to 20:00, except for different needs of the guests to be agreed. In order to organize ourselves, we would appreciate a communication from you about the time of arrival and any delays. On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated no later than 11.30 am to allow the staff to carry out the cleaning. Guests may possibly continue to stay in the common areas, or leave their luggage in UNGUARDED parking.
7) The Wellness Area can be used by guests at the following times: from 9.30 to 12.30 and from 15:00 to 19:00, unless otherwise requested by guests which will be evaluated by the management. 8) Breakfast is served from 8.30 to 10.30. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to consume food in the room and, in compliance with regional legislation, to turn on one’s own stove. The minibar in the room is intended to contain only products of the structure, it is therefore absolutely forbidden to remove the products present in the minibar to insert your own.
We strongly recommend that you keep the above in mind after charging the total content of the same. 9) The cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms is carried out daily from 10.30 to 12.30 and there are no other cleaning times; bath towels are replaced daily, bed linen every 3 days. for long stays or for each customer change. 10) It is absolutely forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and rooms. Compliance with this rule arises from the need to protect those who do not smoke and those who will come after you, as well as from the fire prevention regulations. 11) It is our pleasure to inform you that the safe service is available at the reception.We invite you not to leave valuables in the room or in the common areas, the structure relieves itself of any responsibility for theft and / or loss. We invite guests to always close doors and windows. For negligence, carelessness, carelessness or causes attributable to guests, any damage must be declared and compensated immediately to the manager of the structure. 12) In accordance with these regulations and the rules of the Municipal Police, it is required to observe silence in the time slot between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm and from 10.00 pm to 8.00 am. 13) It is strictly forbidden to receive visits and additional guests, other than those residing there and not only for internal regulations but for legislative requirements that require the identification of those present in the structure. Correct and civil use of the toilets is recommended, avoiding throwing anything into the toilet (please use the special bins) It is also recommended to turn off the lights and air conditioners every time you leave the room.
